How soon before the seminar starts can I register?
Fill out the online form to say which intensives you would like to attend. We will then send you an invoice for the intensive(s) you have selected. You can register up until the classes are full OR until 2 weeks before the intensive begins. 

How do I register more than one person?
The easiest way to register multiple people is to call 970-368-2494. If you register two or more people for the same seminar session, you will receive a team discount of up to 10%.

How will I know when my registration is confirmed?
Fill out the form online and we will send you an invoice for the intensive(s) you have selected. Once you have paid the invoice for your intensives you will receive an electronic confirmation via email. 
If you register via phone for multiple people you will receive an electronic confirmation letter via email.

What if I register for an intensive, but then can’t attend?
You may transfer to a future session, send someone to take your place or cancel without penalty at any time up to three weeks prior to your intensive. If you provide 20Degrees Media with less than three weeks’ notice, or fail to attend, you will be liable for the entire intensive fee. We appreciate that this is an important investment for you and your company and would like to accommodate your needs the best we can. Therefore, please call us at 970-368-2494.

What if there is inclement weather?
Our team will have a backup for you. We will be looking at the 14-day forecast. We do have a plan should we need it. It’s Colorado, we have to have a backup plan! Should this be the case you will receive emails from us notifying you of this backup plan. If you have inclement weather in your area that will not allow you to attend please reach out to us at

How do I pay for a seminar?
For your convenience, we will send you an invoice for the intensives you have requested to attend. Please fill out the online form to say which intensive(s) you would like to attend. You can make payment by credit card. Multiple people registering: We’ll send an invoice within two days of your registration.

Does 20Degrees Media offer a team discount if I register multiple people?
Yes, If you register two or more people for the same seminar session, you will receive a discount of up to 10%. Please call 970-368-2494 for details and to register.

Who will be my intensive leader?
20Degrees Media is led by Mindy the CEO of 20Degrees Media, skilled 20Degrees Media team members, and related industry leaders. To make each seminar as practical, relevant, and hands-on as possible, 20Degrees Media intensive speakers are selected from a pool of industry experts who have been successful in the online marketing world. All this ensures that these intensives are relevant and those that you will hear from are also business practitioners.

What time does my seminar begin and end?
We will start promptly at 9am. We will be set up to take people at 8:30am. Please make sure to arrive 15 minutes early to have everything you need to be in the classroom ready to go.

We will be contacting each person for their 1:1 meeting time with Mindy in the afternoon - the end time will depend on when your 1:1 meeting time starts with Mindy. We encourage you to stay until 4pm to have what you learned in the intensive. The goal is for you not to have “homework” when you leave but a strategy you are implementing. Use this time to network if you are done. We hope those in intensive 1 will be in all 3 intensives to create a community that knows each other and can celebrate their wins with each other.
What should I wear?
Casual attire is appropriate. Colorado casual is jeans and a nice flannel shirt - that is totally fine too! Note: Colorado temperatures may vary so you may want to dress in layers.

What are the most important things to know?
The goal is not how you look but that you are rested, you have eaten breakfast, you are hydrated, you arrive early, you are in your seat on time and you are ready to learn! We ask that you do all this to create the mental space to show up with your A game! The most important thing is that you participate and that everyone knows this is a non-judgmental space. This is for everyone to learn, grow, encourage, and celebrate wins! 

Can 20Degrees Media help me make hotel reservations?
The closest hotel to Evergreen is it is a 10-minute drive to where the intensives will be held.
Can 20Degrees Media help me with transportation?
Ubers can be difficult to get once you are here in Evergreen. We do have a local contact for you, John Osborne 303-564-5858. Reservations are encouraged as soon as possible with them. Let us know where you are staying and 20Degrees can help facilitate if there is a group of you at the same location for a discount with them. 

How can I find the exact location of my seminar?
Once you register, you will receive a registration confirmation in the mail that will contain the exact meeting location.
What restaurants, post offices, and ATMs are near my intensive location?
You’ll find this information and other helpful tips when you arrive at your seminar. You can find information immediately at Downtown Evergreen.

Will I receive any materials at the intensive?
Yes! You’ll receive printed versions of any resources you need to fill out and links to the digital versions as well.

How can I stay in touch with family and colleagues? How can people reach me?
You’ll have time during periodic breaks to make calls. In addition, our conference centers are equipped with WiFi so you can receive your emails. We do ask that ALL notifications be silenced during our time out of respect for each other. We want you focused on completing the tasks that are going to get you ahead. We recommend letting your team know that you will be unavailable for this day if that is possible.

What if I am stuck and have questions after the class?
We are going to have a LIVE zoom call with Mindy one month after each intensive for 1 hour. This will be a community zoom call for all the attendees of that intensive. It will be recorded if you miss it. That is the time you have to ask questions - be prepared.
What if I need more time with just my business?

What if I need to make changes to your mailing list, such as changes to my address, job title and/or company?

Do you offer food?
Coffee, tea, and sparkling water will be provided. We will provide lunch the day of the event. We will be reaching out to you for food allergies. Lunch breaks are 45 minutes. Please pack your own mid day snacks to keep that brain fed.
What is the parking situation?
